What does the maintenance service include?
It includes site back up, periodic updates, bug fixes, plugin updates and general maintenance of the website.
Is domain (website address) included?
No, domain is not included. We encourage you to purchase so that you can own it.
Must I purchase the domain immediately after placing the order?
No, you can purchase it before website goes live. We will temporarily put in our staging domain.
Can I change the colour and shapes of the Design Template to suit my business or preference?
Yes, customisation is allowed up to 5%, which comprises of change colour, logo and banner, text and minor changes such as amending up to 2 sections.
What if I do not have any photo?
We will use relevant photos (licensed) based on your industry to input into the website, you can continue using it or change it later.
What if I do not know how to do the write up for the content?
You can purchase the Pro Package with additional top up of $1000. We will curate the content for you based on the nature of your business or information you want to display. You can continue using it or amend it later.
Can I decide on the design template and supply the content later?
Yes. We will start developing the website as soon as the payment is received. If no content submission received within 3 working days after payment is made, we will do up based on the demo content first. You can submit the actual content to us within 30 days before it goes live.
What is the major difference between this offer and other offers out there?
We make it easy for you to curate the content. The content update form includes step by step guideline and the examples on how to do it.
Can I purchase on my friend’s or client’s behalf as a third party and submit all the content?
Yes. We do not restrict you from ordering more than 1 website or template. We welcome repeat orders and return customers.
How long will it take to develop my website and update my content?
The estimated timeline will be 4-6 weeks for Basic Package and 6-8 weeks for Pro Package.
What currency will I be charged upon purchase?

What is the difference between this package and Shopify?
For Shopify you have to design it yourself and pay a monthly fee. This package includes designing, updating content and no monthly fee.
How much do I have to pay after 1 year?
You can continue the web hosting and maintenance with us for a yearly fee of $960.
Is it a must to continue web hosting and maintenance with you?
No, it’s not a must. We can discuss if there’s any special arrangement needed.
My budget is only $500, is it worth taking the basic package?
Yes. Normally a budget of $500 will not be able to get you a professional site like this and will not include web hosting and maintenance. With $1000, not just website design, content update, web hosting and maintenance, we also provide assurance that your website will be taken care of in this one year with us.
Is there any GST, hidden fee or ‘surprise fee’?
No, there’s no GST, hidden fee or ‘surprise fee’ from us. You will get what you see and purchased.
Will I get refund once I make payment and, in the event, I change my mind?
The amount paid is not refundable. If you change your mind, we will still deliver the website and design according to the demo website and its content. You can decide what to do with it after handover.
